3 minutes before the time I was supposed to speak, the principal says to me that the last guy they had up was booed off the platform and they had to end the thing early. He told me to bring it.
No pressure. Seriously-to me, no pressure. I know what I’m bringing. I know how it’s going to hit close to home. I know how real it’s going to get.
My name is John. I’m a youth speaker. I communicate my story to students with the hope that whatever they are going through and wherever they are in life, they can walk out with the boldness to be who they want to be and have the courage to paint their own brushstrokes on the canvas of their lives.
