Meet the Speakers
Anthony Trucks, Identity Shift Coach
Anthony Trucks is a former NFL Athlete, American Ninja Warrior on NBC, international speaker, host of the Aww Shift & Shift Starter Podcasts, author, and founder of Identity Shift coaching.
After being put into foster care at the age of 3, being adopted into an all-white family at the age of 14, losing his NFL career to injury and more, Anthony learned early in life how to shift with the changes. Given his background, he shouldn’t have achieved the things he did. It shouldn’t have been possible for him to become an NFL athlete or a successful entrepreneur, but Anthony wasn’t willing to settle. His entire life has been about beating the odds and redefining what’s possible given the cards he was dealt with. His personal mission is to help others understand their past and present so they can shift their identity, elevate their life and business, and take control of their lives.
By teaching audiences how to turn roadblocks and obstacles into opportunities, Anthony inspires and teaches people to unlock their full potential and achieve success and happiness. A healthier life, better relationships, a successful career, more money – whatever the goal, let Anthony provide you with the road map to Shift into Success!

Cockram leadership and management models have widespread appeal in large part due to the multiplication effect – rather than just the leader being transformed, they provide a framework for spreading this transformation throughout organization through ‘intentional apprenticeship’.

Mark Beaird, LPC
Perspective is shaped over a lifetime by countless experiences and how we choose to respond to those experiences. It was just such a process that led Mark Beaird into the counseling profession. Many years ago, as a young pastor, almost completely debilitated by depression and anxiety, he was in doubt as to what to do or to where I could turn for help in understanding what would help other than prayer.
It was answered prayers that led to practical useful help that was completely compatible with his Christian faith. This in turn, led Mark to the study of counseling psychology in seminary and ultimately to a career in counseling. Now, he combines the knowledge of the subject with his understanding of what it means to personally experience anxiety and depression. It’s a perspective that has helped him to help others.
Mark is a graduate of Lee University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. He also holds a M.A. in Counseling and is licensed by the state of Alabama as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Mark has been a columnist and freelance writer and has been published in various newspapers and periodicals around the country. He has also authored several books.
